
Dr. Corsini is a board certified Radiation Oncologist through the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Corsini completed her undergraduate degree at SDSU in Brookings, SD, and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. Prior to entering medical school, she practiced as a hospice nurse and nationally certified adult and gerontologic nurse practitioner providing primary care to adults and the elderly.
Dr. Corsini received her medical degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from USD School of Medicine, in Vermillion, SD. She completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, during which time she received both local and national awards for her research endeavors. She has presented her research nationally and has published and been co-author on numerous manuscripts, with Pancreatic Cancer being a main focus of her research. While at Mayo Clinic, Dr. Corsini served as Chief Resident and was involved with several committees, including the Radiation Oncology Education Committee and the Quality Performance Improvement Committee.
She is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO), the American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO) and the American Medical Association (AMA).
